This one-hour webinar brings together experts from BRANZ, W&GANZ and MBIE to explain the new compliance requirements for windows, doors and skylights under NZBC clause H1 for housing.
The webinar will cover:
- what is changing when, for windows, doors and skylights,
- the multi-step implementation period
- how to use Table E1.1.1 Construction R-values of selected generic vertical windows and doors
- the differences in the R-values of skylights
- the compliance process for windows and doors and options for inspection and identification of types of glazing
- Issues such as opaque doors, retrofit glazing, and whether there are minimum performance requirements for windows under the calculation and modelling methods.
